November 28, 2017, Baseball Rules in Black and White 2017 Edition will be released.  New in this edition are rule changes from the NFHS rule book and three new rule topic revised into the user friendly Black and White format.  The added rules topics are, Courtesy Runner, Infield Fly and Runner Hit by Fair Batted Ball.  Many dedicated hours went into producing the 2017 Edition in a continual effort to produce an improved user friendly version of the baseball rule book.
